CCS Cardio + Sculpting
Equipment: Light Weights + a mat
Format: Cardio, Push-up & See-Saw Combo, and standing sculpting on the right then repeated on the left.
Equipment: Mat + Dowel (or broom)
Format: Standing and grounded sculpting on right side followed by left side. Targets abs, triceps, gluten and legs.
CCS: Total Body Sculpting
Equipment: Light and Heavy Weights + a Mat.
Format: Standing and grounded sculpting work.
